LocalOps AI

Mobile app privacy

Privacy Policy

LocalOps AI Field is a field-capture app for project teams. This first release is designed to work in demo mode without requiring a login, backend account, advertising identifier, analytics SDK, or third-party tracking.

Information the app handles

The app can store field notes, ticket titles, comments, photos, work-card images, and audio notes that a user chooses to create. Demo mode keeps seeded sample data and locally created drafts on the device. If a user turns demo mode off and connects the app to a LocalOps API, submitted content is sent to that configured service for app functionality.

Device permissions

Camera, photo library, and microphone access are requested only when the user starts a capture flow that needs them. The app does not access these permissions in the background.

Tracking, ads, and analytics

LocalOps AI Field does not include ads, does not sell personal data, and does not track users across apps or websites. The current mobile app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Retention and deletion

Demo and draft data stored on the device can be removed by deleting drafts or uninstalling the app. For deployments connected to a LocalOps API, the organization operating that API controls server retention and deletion. Contact support for help with a deletion request.
